David Michael Bearup Raymond born August 30, 1983, passed away unexpectedly on July 7, 2024 at the age of 40.
David was many things during his life from a cook to a supervisor for a telecommunications company, but his real passion was adventures. He loved traveling, by the age of 37 he had been to Alaska, Hawaii, Rome, Paris, Laos and Serbia to just name a few.
He loved cooking, hiking, fishing, camping, kayaking and riding motorcycles. He was always reading something to learn more about any topic he was interested in, including learning 4 languages. David had a very generous soul. He went above and beyond for his family and friends. He was always doing something to make even strangers smile, like handing out cookies or flowers.
David is preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Emma Raymond, John and Ozella Bearup and Walter and Patricia Dutt. Many Aunts and Uncles and his stepdad Rick Dutt. David is survived by his parents Terry Raymond and Joyce Raymond-Dutt. His siblings, brother Ron Raymond, sister Melanie (Joe) Goben, brother Terry (Kerrie) Raymond. His nephews and niece, Joseph, Matthew, Zachary, Kyra and Ryker.
David's memory will continue to live on in every one that knew him, and he will keep inspiring us to take the road less travelled. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
