Brooks Funeral and Cremation Services - LangdonDavid Douglas Bryant, 56, of Langdon, ND, passed away on July 9th, 2025.
Born October 28, 1968, he spent 20,708 days making those around him laugh with his legendary dad jokes and never letting a moment go to waste. David was born in Chula Visa, California. He graduated from Vista High School in California. David was a loving husband to Felicia, with whom he shared 34 wonderful years of marriage; a devoted father to Brad, Kristina, and Brett; and a cherished grandfather to Rose and Lila.
His hobbies included fishing, camping, going to the shooting range, working in the garden with his wife, anything to do with the outdoors really. He also loved music and introduced ones around him to some of their favorite music. He had a passion for animals and rescued and owned animals all of his life whether they were a wild animal or a pet in a shelter that needed a new home.
Above all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his dear grandchildren. He loved organizing with Grandma “days of fun” as they were called with his grandchildren Rose and Lila, which could include a trip to the arcade, fishing, to the Burger King inside playground, movie nights, whatever the granddaughters’ little hearts desired. He was truly a jack of all trades, known for painting houses and businesses throughout our community with Felicia in most recent years. In prior ventures, David and Felicia owned and operated their own carpet cleaning business and a cattle ranch.
David is survived by his mother, Karen Kreutz; his sister, Lorna Kreutz; his wife, Felicia; his children: Brad, Kristina, and Brett; and his grandchildren, Rose and Lila.
A celebration of life will be held on August 10, 2025, from 2pm-4pm at the St. Alphonsus School in Langdon, ND, which will be open for anyone to attend.
