David D. Caron Sr.

PRESQUE ISLE: David D. Caron Sr. 73, passed away unexpectedly March 9, 2024 at Northern Light AR Gould hospital. He was born October 25, 1950 in Presque Isle, the son of Herbert and Patricia (Lavaway) Caron. He graduated from Presque Isle High School, class of 1970, then entered the US Army and served in Vietnam. David worked for the City of Presque Isle Public Works Department as an equipment operator for many years. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and a member of the Presque Isle Elks Club. He is survived by his wife Alice (Spearin) Caron of Presque Isle, three children; Nicki Henderson of Caribou, Danielle Caron and David Caron Jr. of Presque Isle, six grandchildren; Codie, Patrick, Justin, Tia, Jamie, and Matthew, three great grandchildren Alex, Graycen, and Clade, two brothers; Stephen Caron of Chapman and his girlfriend Cathy Mullen of Blaine, William "Tib" Caron and his wife Tina of Chapman, several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held 1PM Saturday March16, 2024 at the Presque Isle Elks Club. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bowers Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
