Mr. David W. Carroll, 64, of Ellaville, GA, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his family. Per his wishes, no service will be held.
Mr. Carroll was born on November 16, 1960, in Pompano Beach, FL, to Lamar Larry and Ethel Elizabeth Frier Carroll. He attended the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind in St. Augustine from age six until graduation. Mr. Carroll attended technical college and completed the welding program. He was a hard worker and was employed by Southeastern Pneumatic for over 28 years before his retirement. His coworkers appreciated his ability to weld it right the first time. Mr. Carroll was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping, visiting museums, and traveling with his wife, Denise. He loved snow and would head to the mountains if it was in the forecast. Before his passing, he was able to travel to Alabama to visit the caves he wanted to see. He loved spending time with his grandchildren as well as his nieces and nephews. He attended Ellaville Baptist Church with his wife. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Denise Carroll; by a son and daughter-in-law, Michael Wayne and Brooke Carroll; by two brothers, Larry Carroll and Glen Carroll; by a sister, Joyce Atkins; by three grandchildren, Paxton Carroll, Knox Carroll, and Brinleigh Carroll; by his two beloved dogs, Popo and Jojo; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
