David B. Corvese

ATTLEBORO – David B. Corvese, 70, of Attleboro passed away after a long illness (ALS) on August 16, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Elaine (Maione) Corvese of 47 years. Born in Providence, Rhode Island he was the son of Mariano Corvese and Norma (Rowles) Corvese.
David graduated Hope High School in Providence, Rhode Island June 1966. He entered the United States Air Force serving four years as Sargent during the Vietnam era.
David was an avid sports fan especially for the New York Yankees and Miami Dolphins. He loved to travel and was always planning the next trip with his wife. His greatest devotion was to his daughters and grandchildren and loved the time he shared with them.
In addition to his wife, David is survived by his cherished daughters, Lisa LaFratta and fiancé Michael Rudolph; Lora Costinos and husband Larry. His precious grandchildren Samantha, Alexandra, Haleigh LaFratta, Nicholas and Sophia Costinos. His mother in law Elsie Maione, brother and sister in law, Joseph and Mary Maione. Sister Marsha Laflamme along with nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, August 24, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.at St. Mark's Church, 105 Stanley Street in Attleboro Falls.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. St. Mark's Church. Burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mark's Church, Attleboro Falls.
