David Lee Danford, 71, of Folkston, Georgia passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2025. He was born in LaJunta, Colorado on October 17, 1953, to the late Stuart Fosdick Danford and Wilma Deihl Danford. He retired from WastePro Florida as President. Dave was a member of Lannie Road Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. Dave was a sweet soul that was always so kind and generous.
He is survived by Vanessa Danford, and many other family members and friends.
Memorialization will be by cremation. A private ceremony will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
The family would like to extend thanks to the staff at River Brook Healthcare and Georgia Hospice for their loving care. And to Pastor Chris Perry, Lannie Road Baptist Church, for their love and kindness throughout the years.
