Dave Tremelling, 70, passed away on July 8, 2024, at Flaming Gorge, while enjoying his time fishing. Born on January 29, 1954, to Lester and Juanita Tremelling, Dave lived a life full of passion and dedication.
Dave married the love of his life, Janet, on March 21, 1986, in Layton, Utah. Their bond was unbreakable, and Janet was his everything. Together, they created a lifetime of memories, especially during their summers at the Gorge, where they spent their days fishing and enjoying the company of their many friends.
An avid fisherman and hot rod/classic car enthusiast, Dave also loved raising horses and racing cars. He had a particular passion for restoring classic vehicles, especially his cherished '56 GMC. His skilled hands could fix anything and everything, making him a well-respected mechanic and auto enthusiast. He took great pride in teaching his daughters how to maintain their own vehicles and passing on his extensive automotive knowledge to his son. Dave also had a deep love for his furry family members, cherishing the companionship of his pets.
Dave is survived by his devoted wife, Janet; his son, Justin (Cassie); and his daughters, Brandi (Davie), Sharida (Tucker), and Dani. He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren, as well as his sisters, Kathryn Ruybal and Pat (Dennis) Morgan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lester; his mother, Juanita; and his sisters, Irma Cottam and Rosalee Warnock.

"Come as you are. Shorts, sweats, jeans, suit, anything you're comfortable in."
