It´s hard to imagine loving or admire with someone more than they did Dave Desantis. My only comfort in all of this is that he is reunited hopefully in the afterlife with their friend with they also a top shelf, man.

Losing Dave feels unreal. He was one of those people who could make anything fun-someone who had a way of making you laugh even when you didn´t feel like it. Our friendship was easy, filled with jokes, random conversations, and moments that didn´t seem big at the time but now mean everything.
One of my favorite memories is when we went to the immersive Monet and Impressionists show. He was completely into it, cracking jokes but also genuinely appreciating the art. We stood there, surrounded by all those swirling colors, and he just said something so perfectly Dave-funny but also kind of profound. We laughed, and I remember telling him how much my mom would have loved it. He agreed, and for a moment, it felt like we were all there together, wrapped up in the beauty of it.
That´s what I´ll miss the most about him-his ability to make things feel lighter, even when they weren´t. He had this way of making people feel like they belonged, like they were important. I don´t know how to wrap my head around the fact that he´s gone, but I do know that his presence, his laughter, and all the ridiculous, wonderful moments we shared will always stay with me.

Best human and nicest man I have ever known. It's a horrible loss and he will be missed by many for a long time!
