He was employed as a Warehouseman at Sterns in Jersey City, New Jersey for several years.
David was drawn to New York City and enjoyed spending time there. When he moved to New York in 1987, he began working at Pathmark.
David Dixon, Jr. departed this life on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York, New York at the age of 58. He was predeceased by his parents, Magalene and David L. Dixon, Sr.; a special uncle, Terry Wilkins and two great nephews, Tavon and Marquis Ingraham.
He leaves to cherish fond memories, two sisters, Argenell Ingraham and Andrea Dixon; a niece, Rose Ingraham and nephew, Kareen Dixon; a special aunt, Linda Wilkins; two great nephews, Marion Ingraham and Kaseem Billups and a host of other relatives and friends.
