David Harley Duggan, 63, of Buda, TX passed away on January 10, 2023. David was born in San Antonio to Guy Alfred Duggan and Florene Ivy Duggan on December 29, 1959.
David graduated from Winston Churchill High School in 1978. He worked as a salesman for Frito-Lay for 18 years and Adams Extract & Spice as a regional manager for 11 years. Later in life he found joy working at O'Reilly Auto Parts as a parts delivery representative, which was his favorite job because he was able to socialize and gain many new friends. David enjoyed reading Louis L'Amour westerns, watching football-especially the Bears-with his brothers-in-law, woodworking, hunting, fishing and spending days with his friends and family. David will especially be remembered for the endearing and entertaining way he recounted innumerable stories from his life and for his ability to capture the attention in any room with his teasing banter and lively attitude.
David is survived by his wife, Stephanie Marie Duggan of Buda, TX and his three sons, Justin David Duggan and wife Connie of Manistee, MI; Cody Stephen Duggan of Buda, TX; and William 'Billy' Joseph Bonham and wife Mariah of New Braunfels, TX. He is also survived by his mother Florene Ivy Duggan of Hewitt, TX; sisters Ivy Patterson of Waco, TX; Traci Thrift and husband Robert of China Spring, TX; Lisa Burch of Lorena, TX and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Guy Alfred Duggan.
