David Frank was born on June 16, 1970, to Randolph Richardson Sr. and Vera Mae Voney. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and son whose life touched many. David transitioned on January 16th. 2026
David is survived by his daughters, Tiffany Freeman (Thomas), born March 8, 1988, and Demitra Ulibarri, born October 20, 2000. Tiffany is married to Jvaun Freeman, and together they blessed David with two beloved grandchildren, Jazari and Camille, who brought him great joy.
He is also survived by his siblings, Christopher Richardson, Randolph Richardson Jr., and Bruce Richardson.
In the early 2000s, David moved to New Mexico, where he made a home and lived his life to the fullest. He embraced his journey with strength, resilience, and a love for living that will be remembered by all who knew him.
David Frank will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
