David G. Fritz

David Gerard Fritz, age 58, went home to be with the Lord on Dec. 3, 2021.
Born Oct. 6, 1963, David graduated from Orange High School and went on to become an inspired entrepreneur, inventor and business coach – developing and running many successful businesses in northeast Ohio.
As an ambitious teen, David started one of Chagrin Valley's premier landscaping companies, Outdoor Images. Over the years, he established many other companies and products including Chagrin Valley Self Storage; STAR Products, one of the largest manufacturers of fiberglass driveway markers; and Tour Sticks, the #1 golf training aid in the world.
David had a larger-than-life personality, relentless sense of humor and innate ability to draw people in, which allowed him to become a great leader and adviser. David's faith took precedence in every aspect of his life and he helped countless others find salvation though God's teachings. He dedicated his time and energy to helping those in need as well as supporting many individuals through financial assistance and fellowship.
David is survived by his loving wife, Marina (nee Pitts); his beloved daughter, Mariah; mother, Gail Fritz; sister, Traci Gambino (Joe); brothers, Daniel Fritz (Colleen) and Ryan Fritz (Jessi); and nine nieces and nephews – Ashley, TJ, Carli, Tara, Jarrod, Jake, Hadlie, Skyler and Tess. He is preceded in death by his father, Fred Fritz.
Friends and family are invited to calling hours at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 95 S. FRANKLIN ST., CHAGRIN FALLS ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 10, FROM 4-7 P.M. Words by Pastor Mark Galambos. MASKS ARE REQUIRED. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
