Earl Conrad Obituary
He is preceded by his wife of 40 years, Sandra L. Conrad.
He will be dearly missed by his children, Michael Conrad, Timothy Burkhart, Anne (Kathy) Conrad; grandchildren, Sheamus (Heather), Leacy (Joe) and Taylor (Christina); great-grandchildren, Mason, Layla, Gabe, Patrick, Nora, Silas, Braeden and Ava; and sister, Joan Lydon.
Earl was a proud graduate of Orange High School. Shortly after graduation, he answered the call to serve his country, enlisting in the United States Army. He served with honor and dedication before being honorably discharged, carrying the values of service and duty with him throughout his life.
A true outdoorsman at heart, Earl found joy in boating and camping, often embarking on adventures with his beloved wife, Sandy. Their journeys sometimes took them all the way to Florida, where they made lasting memories while camping and visiting dear friends.
Earl had a deep love for dogs, especially his Schnauzers. His compassion extended beyond his own pets, as he dedicated time to fostering and adopting many other dogs in need.
One of Earl's greatest passions was antique cars. He took immense pride in his collection, especially his prized 1947 Plymouth Super Deluxe. He loved attending car shows, sharing stories, and showcasing his beautifully maintained vehicles.
Those who knew Earl will fondly remember his wonderful sense of humor and his unwavering moral compass. He lived by a simple but profound code-always doing the right thing.
Above all, Earl loved his family. He was a devoted husband, a caring relative, and a steadfast friend. His legacy of love, laughter, and integrity will be carried forward by those who were blessed to know him.
Visitations will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 7501 Ridge Road, Parma. Earl will be inurned at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with military honors at a date and time to be determined.
