David Garrette, age 57, passed away on December 28, 2023.
David was born in Indianapolis, IN to Ray Garrette and Reba Garrette.
David is survived by his mate of several decades, Rose Bichaukas; his daughters, Victoria Vaal and Christana (Christopher) Miller; his son, Joshua (Kimberly) Nicholson; and his, grandchildren Seth Nicholson, Reggie Miller, and Carolyn Nicholson; brothers, Michael and Timothy Garrette.
David graduated from Arsenal Tech High School in 1984. After high school, he joined the Air Force. His greatest passion was his work as an independent contractor and his love for lilies with the Stargazers being his favorite.
David was always up for an adventure. His last one was an epic vacation to Alaska.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 8, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM followed by Military Honors at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel.
