David is survived by his niece, Olivia (John) Flowers; two great nephews, Gabrien and AJ Flowers; great niece, Victoria Flowers and many more family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 22, 2021, at the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Elite Hospice, 330 AR-5, Suite 114, Mountain Home, AR 72653.
