David Sherman Harrison, age 66, entered eternal rest on Monday, August 22, 2022. He was born on September 11, 1955, in New Orleans, LA to the union of O'Neal and Lillian Harrison. David was educated in the Orleans Parish School System, and he later joined the US Navy and was honorably discharged after serving 8 years. He worked for DA Exterminators for 16 years until his health declined in 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, O'Neal and Lillian Harrison; sister, Gloria Harrison; and 2 brothers, O'Neal and Daney Harrison. David leaves to cherish his memories his wife off 15 years, Julie Webb-Harrison; 2 children, Natasha Cannon and Allen Reed; 2 granddaughters, Armani and Joene; 4 stepdaughters, Kairis (Tristian) of Locust Grover, GA, Courtney (David) of Patterson, LA, Asia (Toerrance) of Greer, SC, and Breanna (Tye) of Franklin, LA; 3 stepsons, Cory of Houston, TX, Gene of Llocust Grove, GA, and Charles Webb of Greer, SC.; 4 siblings, Edith, Betty, Debra, and Keith Harrison; 7 sisters-in-law, Patricia Schexnayder (Milton) of Patterson, LA, Pamela Douglas (Cedric) of Fort Worth Dallas, TX, Stella Webb, Gloria Webb of Ruston, LA, Wanda Webb of Houston, TX, Patty Defills (Donald), Shontrell Hamilton of Franklin, LA; 4 brothers-in-law, Brian Webb (Maeco) of Lincoln, NE, Avery Webb of Fort Worth Dallas, TX, Harry Johnson and Gerald McDaniel of Franklin, LA; aunt, Vickie Williams (Westley) of Franklin, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family are all invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, September 3, 2022, 4:00PM, at Professional Funeral Services, 1449 N. Claiborne Ave, New Orleans, LA 70116. Visitation will be held from 3:00PM until the hour of service. Interment Private
