David Hatcher Obituary
David was an avid fisherman and hunter, and a commercial waterman. Above all, he was a doting granddad who was proud of all his grandchildren.
He will be deeply missed but we find comfort in knowing he has gone home with our Lord and Savior.
David leaves behind his wife of 65 years, Barbara Jean Hatcher; sons David (Kathy), Paul (Robin), and Adron (Cassandra); daughter Sheri (Patricia); nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence C. Hatcher and Clara R. Hatcher; and brothers Gene, Larry, and Dane.
The family will receive family and friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday April 5, 2025 at the family residence. Interment will be private at a later date.
The family asks to please consider donating to Falmouth Cemetery Maintenance Fund, 2220 Warrenton Road Fredericksburg, VA 22406.
