David Hebel
David Hebel will be missed. He valued and loved his family and faithful companion, Country Dog. He was at the center to keep everyone in touch. He never met a stranger. David loved being a grandfather, affectionately known as “Pops”. He was born in Louisville, KY and moved to Fort Pierce at a young age. He followed in his father’s footsteps and became a concrete contractor and owned David Hebel Concrete Contractors for 50 years. David loved car and go cart racing and was involved in the Fort Pierce racing scene.
David is preceded in death by his father, Robert “Bob” Hebel as well as his brother, Dennis Hebel “Big D” and his sister, Debbie Black. He is survived by his mother, Betty Hebel, sisters, Diana (Gayle) Grim, Donna (Terry) Koukos, and brother, Daniel (Debbie) Hebel as well as a large extended family. He also leaves his son, Cory Hebel (Amanda Stewart) and grandchildren, Nick “Kane” and Kailynn-Rose.

Services: A funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, February 29, 2024 with visiting hours to follow until 8:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
