David Robert Hedgecock

Mr. David Robert Hedgecock of Matamoras, PA died Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown, NY. He was 75.
He was born August 15, 1950 in Queens, NY the son of the late John Herbert Hedgecock and the late Marion Johnson Hedgecock.
David worked as a Carpenter and Cabinet Maker for United Brotherhood of Carpenters Joiners of America Union Local #157 New York, NY.
David was married to Arlene Lanham for 25 years prior to her passing in 2005.
He was a social member of both the Milford American Legion in Milford, PA and the VFW in Harriman, NY. He was also a past member of the Woodbury Field & Stream and the Knights of Columbus.
Surviving are: His loving companion, Janet Romer at home. His son, Michael Bartholomay and his wife Masami of Ridge, NY. His brothers: John "Jack" Hedgecock of Wayne, PA and Donald Hedgecock of Boca Raton, FL. His sister, Marie Proto and her husband Michael of Floral Park, NY. 5 grandchildren: Bridget, Janelle & Alyssa Hedgecock and Alice & Ken Bartholomay His daughter-in-law, Danielle Hedgecock of Princeton, TX his sister-in-law, Joanne Hedgecock of Woodbridge, VA. Also several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his Wife, Arlene Hedgecock; his Son: Mark Hedgecock; his brother, Roger Hedgecock; his sisters: Betsy King and Cathy Hedgecock; his brother-In-Law, Henry King and his cat Oreo.
A visitation will be held at GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 100 East Main Street Port Jervis, New York on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 with a 9:30 AM Mass of the Resurrection in St. Joseph's R.C. Church, 307 Ave. F., Matamoras, PA.
Cremation will be at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford, PA with an Entombment of cremains in the family mausoleum.
