David (Troop) Hicks and I have been friends for as long as I can remember, I met him in Pikeville on the by pass when I was around 12 -13 yrs old. We hit it off from beginning to end. I love him like a brother if not more! I just talked to him recently and he was wanting to come visit me in Indiana and I really wished he had gotten to me. But never the less I love troop always have and always will just know u take a piece of.my heart with u. I'll remember all the good times we had, all the mad spells that didn't last but for minutes lol and all the good that u had in ur big ole heart! I'm so sorry I wasn't near u,I'll regret that till my last day but u know if I could have,I would have! U and my baby boy share a birthday and we will always celebrate urs with him like we have done. Me and Corey love u so so much we both r so saddened over u leaving us all. We will never ever forget u or let anyone forget u my friend,my brother my confidant. U hold a special (SPECIAL) place in our hearts for forever! I'll think u often like I have all these years and will talk to u as well and tell stories of our memories! U was always good to me and mine and we were back to u that's what true real friends do. I only wished I could have spoken to u one more time troop just to say I love U one more time! We will always love and miss u terribly! Wish I could be there but I'd rather remember seeing u alive then seeing u at ur funeral. Love to all ur babies and family! Fly high my true blue friend and we will see u on the other side one day! Much love my friend! Bronis Yates and Corey Ramey....RIP David (Troop) Hicks!
