To the Kemp family: Please accept my sincere sympathy on the tragic death of this husband, father, and soldier. I am sorry that he is no longer with us. No doubt this sad event has been very sorrowful for you and for the many other people who knew and cared for him, for I was one of them. I am thinking of the family in this time of loss and bereavement and offer my sympathy. John T Jenson CSM USA (Ret)
