David Allan King, 83, of Cleveland, OH, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at his home, in Danville, OH.
David was born June 19, 1942, in Cleveland, OH, to Stanley and Josephine {Boldin} King.
He graduated from North Olmsted High School in 1960.
He married Phyllis A. Booker on March 4, 1972. He worked at and later became part owner of King Automotive in North Olmsted for 45 years. David enjoyed woodworking and model trains and euchre.
David will be deeply missed by his wife; children Julia (Alan) Swendal of Danville, OH, Matthew (Shannon) King of Fuquay-Varina, NC; ten grandchildren, Shelby, Zachariah, Kyleigh, Jamie, Mattie, Jaxson, Erin, Evan, Dasha, Bonnie; one great-grandchild Holly and his brother Ronald King of North Ridgeville, OH.
David was preceded in death by his parents and brother Thomas Jude King.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Rev. Howard Clevenger officiating. Burial will follow at the Mausoleum where military rites will be held. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
