David James Linderman, Sr. of Cherryville, MO was born on Friday, April 21, 1967 in St. Louis, MO to James David Linderman and Daisy Mae Stockwell Linderman. He passed away at his home on Friday, October 22, 2021 at the age of 54 years, 6 months, and 1 day.
David graduated from Viburnum High School in Viburnum, MO in the class of 1987. He attended Vo-Tech where he took classes for auto mechanics and small engine repair. David joined the United States Army where he served his country honorably for 13 years. He worked as a truck driver and later in life he worked as an operator for Doe Run Company located in Boss, MO. He shared many years with the love of his life, Lisa Renee Briley and together they raised their children. They were united in marriage on August 15, 2021 at the Lighthouse Gospel Tabernacle Church. David had accepted the Lord as his personal savior and attended the Lighthouse Gospel Tabernacle Church in Viburnum, MO. He enjoyed woodworking, go kart racing and racing at the track in Viburnum, MO. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved fishing, hunting, especially coon hunting. Most of all, David loved his family and grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents James Linderman; mother Daisy Mae Lowe; step-father, Bobby Lowe, parents-in law Virgil and Carolyn Briley; niece Lynn Young.
David is survived by his wife, Lisa Linderman of Cherryville; children David JR (Samantha) Linderman of Van Buren, MO, Levi Martin and Makala Linderman (Logan Eaton) both of Cherryville, MO, Makanda (Taylor) Nelson and Twyla Griswold (Frank Marti) both of Bunker, MO; grandchildren Wyatt Linderman, Tyrese Linderman, Charley Linderman all of Van Buren, MO, Tatum Nelson, Zachary Nelson, Madeline Nelson, Dalton Monroe, Braxton Marti, Jaceton Marti, Baelynn Marti all of Bunker, MO, Briley Linderman, Stetson Ariola, Blakely Eaton, Raygan Eaton, Camden Eaton all of Cherryville, MO; brother of Gene (Tina) Young of Big Timber, MT, Paul (Tammy) Linderman of Viburnum, MO; sisters-in-law Barbara Smith of Viburnum, MO, Sue Robertson of Jeff, IL, Nikki (John) Harrelson of IL; special niece Jessica Robertson of Cherryville, MO; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was from 6:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Lighthouse Gospel Tabernacle Church in Viburnum, MO. Funeral Service was on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Lighthouse Gospel Tabernacle Church in Viburnum, MO with Pastor Sharon Hedrick officiating. Burial was at Sumpter Cemetery, Bixby, MO with full military honors.
