David L. Maines

David L. Maines, 70, of Erie, passed away Monday September 29, 2025. He was born in Columbus, OH on May 30, 1955 a son of the late George and Ruth Maines.

David worked for American Turn Products for 13 years until his retirement. He enjoyed working on, and riding, his motorcycles.

Survivors include his wife, Candy Young Maines; three sons, Lee Maines, Jason Maines (Shannon), and Brandon Maines; two stepdaughters, Dar and Terry Gollmer; three brothers, George Allen Maines, Jeff Maines, and Keene Maines; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements were made by the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, 16504.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
