David L. Margraf, age 75, of Lake Orion passed away on September 6, 2024. He was born on February 27, 1949, in Detroit, Michigan. He married Gail Daughtery Rebert, on March 15,2024, in Wilmington, NC.
David graduated from South Lake High School and received his bachelor's from Michigan State University. He was successful in his career in sales.
David is survived by his wife, Gail Daughtery Rebert, son, Matthew (Michele) Margraf, daughter, Lindsey (Patrick) Margraf-Rudd, stepdaughter, Liz, stepson, Chris, grandchildren; Jack, Violet and Blake, step-grandchildren; Brayden and Connell.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Barbara (Goodridge) Margraf.
Arrangements in care of Jowett Funeral Home-57737 Gratiot, New Haven.

I only had the pleasure of meeting Dave on a few occasions. It was evident to me immediately how much he loved Gail. He continuously talked about how lucky he was to have met Gail and how happy he was. I could plainly see how much they cared for each other. While none of us know how much time we have on this earth, it was a blessing they were able to spend this time together. Dave will be missed.
