David Wayne McCrary was born on August 16, 1960 and passed away on October 1, 2024 at the age of 64.
He is preceded in death by his Father Jesse Dean McCrary, Mother Sandra Ann McCrary and Sister Diana Kay Bickford (McCrary).
He is survived by his Brother Michael McCrary, Sister-in-Law Irene McCrary, Sister Nancy Ann Wellman, Brother-in-Law William Wellman, and younger Sister Sherry Lee Radauscher (McCrary), a numerous uncle, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and lifelong friends.
David was a lover of music and sports, especially football. He loved his Miami Dolphins and his Atlanta Braves so much, that nothing would get in his way from watching a game.
He worked at Parkridge Hospital from September 1, 2006 until October, 1, 2024. He Loved all the people he worked with and really enjoyed having them to talk with and joke with daily. If you did not know it, you meant more to him than you realized.
Above all else David was the best Father to his son Brandon. He always made sure his son was taken care of. Spending time with him was the most important thing to him.
David was taken from us far too soon. He will be missed by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday October 5th at Companion Funeral Home at 2415 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. David's family will be receiving friends from 4pm until 6pm prior to the service, with Pastor Brad King officiating.
The staff of Companion Funeral Home, and the Cody family, are honored to serve the McCrary family.
