Age 76, of Cranberry Twp., formerly of Shaler Twp., passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, July 10, 2025.
Beloved Husband of 54 years to Kathleen (Kaczynski) Michalski. Loving father of Brandon L. Michalski (Diana Orozco), Marc A. Michalski and the late Ryan D. Michalski. Loving Brother-in-law of James Kaczynski (Sharon). Dave is survived by many loving cousins, relatives and friends.
Friends will be received on Monday 2-4 & 6-8PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME of CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, 10AM in St. Ferdinand Church, 2535 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066.
Dave was a proud undergraduate at Walsh University in Canton, Ohio. He completed his Masters in Education at Duquesne University. Dave will be remembered as an educator and entrepreneur. Dave's career as a high school teacher, football and golf coach at North Catholic High School was his favorite job of all. His gift was how he mentored his middle school students. Dave's quick wit and ability to tell a story was unmatched. He was the king of nicknames. After retirement, Dave and his family enjoyed spending time in Florida.
Dave will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Light of Life Mission, 665 Ridge Ave., Pgh, AP 15212 or North Catholic High School Department of Athletics, Attn: Advancement 1617 Rt. 228, Cranberry Twp., PA 16066.
