Along with his parents David is preceded in death by one son, David Moore Jr. One brother, Timothy Moore.
He is survived by his wife Tina L. Jennings Moore whom he married June 15, 1973. Three daughters: Cherish L. Graham of Cambridge, OH, Jamie L. (Jamison) Campbell of Roseville, OH, Kristina A. Moore of Cambridge, OH. One sister, Rebecca Leeper of Cambridge, OH. One brother, Daniel (Holly) Moore of Cambridge, OH. Four grandchildren: Hannah, Michael, Ciara, Christian. Several nieces and nephews. A special Thank You to Rick McFarland for always being there.
Private burial will be held at a later date.
