David was born on August 11, 1941 and passed away on Monday, October 5, 2015. David was a resident of Gunter, Texas at the time of his passing. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors degree in history. He proudly served his country in the United States Army as a pilot and commander during the Vietnam War. He was married to Jo. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday October 8 2015 at Prestoncrest Church of Christ 6022 Prestoncrest Lane in Dallas Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Wednesday Octobr 7 2015 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home 2525 Central Expressway North in Allen Texas. The family suggests memorials in Davids honor be made to Arms of Hope 21300 State Hwy 16 North Medina Texas 78055.
