David Quinlan Obituary

David had a love for life and the gift of gab. He enjoyed talking with everyone and telling stories of "back in the day". He loved celebrating his Irish heritage and enjoyed attending the Irish Festival every year. David's love for his family was unmatched. He would do anything to help anyone in need. Especially for "his girls". He was an animal lover and took in rescues whenever able too.
Besides his parents, David was preceded in death by his brothers Raymond, Robert, Richard, Jack, Charles, and James, as well as his sisters Gertrude Miles, Clara Constantino, and Kathleen Barbaro.
He is survived by his wife Judith Quinlan, his daughter Colleen Quinlan, granddaughters Chyanne Rodriguez and Kaiyah Quinlan, his sister Marjorie Scutella, and sister-in-law Lucinda Quinlan.
Friends may call on Wednesday, March 9th at the Kloecker Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2502 Sassafras St., Erie, PA 16502, from 3pm until 7pm and are invited to the prayer service at the funeral home on Thursday, March 10th at 9:15am followed by the Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church at 10am. Burial will be at Erie Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
