He is joined in eternal rest with his son, Geoffrey David Roberson; sister, Patty Bell (Doug); and his parents, David Edris Roberson, Sr. and Martha Lillian Roberson.

Left to cherish his memories and legacy is his loving wife of 43 years, Ava Burris Roberson; four children, Shawn Hardin (Brenda), Bud Roberson (Kristy), Brian Hardin (Stephanie), and Matt Roberson (Sarah); sixteen grandchildren, Kristen Roberson (Drew), Staci Purdy (Mason), Luke Roberson (Shelby), Bridgette Hardin (Blake), Dillon Hardin, Loren Stafford (Laith), Gracie Hardin, Peyton Roberson, Cash Roberson, Lance Roberson, Kalei Henderson, Taylor Roberson, Joe Heathcock, Jr., Cynda Lawrence, Danny Yarberry, Jr., and Haley Yarberry; seven great grandchildren, Miles Purdy, Eli Purdy, Frances Roberson, Ava Purdy, Nora Roberson, Nolan O'Neal, and Jax O'Neal; his brother, Terry Roberson (Holly); along with a host of other family and friends who love and miss him dearly.
