David A. Santilli, age 60, of Broomall, PA, passed away on November 20, 2025.
Born in Bryn Mawr, PA in 1965, he was the son of Kathryn (nee Madenford) Santilli and the late Dr. Arthur A. “Art” Santilli.
David graduated from Haverford High School in 1983. He received his bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1987, where he was a member of the Penn Marching Band. He received his J.D. from Pace University in 1990, where he was a member of Law Review.
In his youth, David was an avid hockey player, playing for both the Haverford Hawks and Valley Forge Colonials. While attending Haverford Middle School and Haverford High School, he was a trumpet player in both orchestra and band. In high school, David was also a member of the National Honor Society.
David was a very respected attorney, and spent nearly three decades as a staff attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. In recent years, David was an active member of Broomall Newtown Baseball, where he served as a board member, Babe Ruth coach, American Legion General Manager and coach and Senior Division Commissioner. He was also a Mason and member of Richmond-Solomon Lodge #3 in Philadelphia.
David was the beloved husband of Pamela (nee Hinton) Santilli for 28 years, loving son of Kathryn (nee Madenford) Santilli and loving father of Andrew Santilli and Cara Santilli. He is also survived by his in-laws, brother-in-law and several cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation from 9:00-10:30 AM Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA 19008, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Funeral Mass will be livestreamed beginning at 10:30 AM. Click the following link to view Mass: https://saintpius.net/livestream/. Interment will be held privately at a later date at St. John Cemetery, Friedensburg, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Broomall Newtown Baseball, PO Box 907, Newtown Square, PA 19073, would be appreciated.
