David was raised in East Houston attended Furr Sr. High School and completed education at U of H and he was a Tutor educator.
David was married to his beautiful wife Tina Crawford Servantes for twenty five years. They had three children together, David Abel Servantes Jr., Nicolas David Servantes, and Jada Christine Servantes. As well David played a big part in helping to raise many nieces and nephews.
David was a self taught guitarist as well as other instruments. He was a very talented vocalist. He played slow pitch men's softball and enjoyed spending time with his family.
David worked as a Electrician and Tile setter and he was an ASA Umpire.
David was a people person always showing his infectious smile. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
