David Warren Slentz, age 67, of Canton, passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. He was born on January 8, 1957 in Canton, OH to the late Paul and Doris Slentz.
David graduated from Lincoln High School and was employed by The Stark
Metropolitan Housing, for over 25+ years.
In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, motorcycle riding and traveling.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Steve and Mike, a sister Phoebe and his late wife Crystal Slentz.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son Michael Slentz; daughter Holly Slentz; fiance Sember Newell, 4 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Kreighbaum Sanders on Monday September 30th from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Per his wishes a graveside service will be held after the calling hours at Zion Cemetery in Sherrodsville, Ohio. David will be laid to rest in Zion Cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted to Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home, 4041 Cleveland Ave S. Canton, Ohio 44707. Friends and family may share condolences and memories.
