David Kenneth Smith, 71, husband of Lynn Smith passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
Born in Greenville, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Ernest Smith and the late Pearl Hudgens Smith. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who was an avid history reader, loved Clemson football and enjoyed working with his hands and repairing many things. He was a member of the Elk Lodge and Dunean Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Ryan Smith (Sherry) of Dallas, TX; a daughter, Dana Habersans (Ryan) of Charlotte, NC; brothers, Tom Smith (Helen) of Tamasse, SC and Michael Smith of Dacusville, SC; and grandchildren, Kristen, Kaylee, Kenzie, Kyah, Kolson, Kaleb Smith, Bennett Habersang, and Cason Habersang.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Emily Smith.
