Obituary published on Legacy.com by Armer Funeral Home, Inc. - Ballston Spa on Feb. 16, 2026.
David A. Strobeck, 73, passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at his home. He was born in Schenectady, New York on July 11, 1952, to Donald and Lorraine Strobeck.

Dave was a heavy equipment operator for the Saratoga County Highway Department for 28 years. After retiring from the county his love of horses brought him to Winterwood Farm in Ballston Spa where he cared for horses for many years. Horseback riding was his favorite pastime, and he took many long rides throughout West Milton.

Dave is survived by many friends including his close friends Cycora Kropp, Melinda Tougas, and Heath Tougas.

At Dave's request there will be no services.

Aw man. Seeing this and hearing this makes me so sad and i definitely feel the weight of this loss. I grew up as a child living in the park dave lived in. He was always so humble, loving and caring. He would always be riding his horses and stop specifically to let everyone pet them and have conversations with us all. My condolences and love to his family
