David T. Tomko, 91, of Bethlehem Township, passed away in his home with his family by his side. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late John and Julia (Mahoski) Tomko. He was devoted to his wife Joann "Joan" (Repasch) Tomko for 58 years until her death on January 20, 2016.
David was a 1952 graduate of Bethlehem Vocational High School. He then served in the US Army during the Korean War as an engineer. When he came back home, he worked for Bethlehem Steel for over 40 years retiring as a construction product rep. David was a member of Silver Creek Country Club since 1965, past member of the Knights of Columbus, The Bethlehem Club and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. In his free time David could be found on the golf course, at home painting or wood working, or at his home on Arrowhead Lake.
David is survived by his many nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3219 Santee Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18020 from 10-11 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made in David's name to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
