Dear Cathy, So sorry to hear of Dave's passing. My condolences go out to you and your family. As you know Dave and I go back a long way and have had many memories made together. We especially enjoyed our camping trips together although some of them were somewhat disasters, but something to laugh about later. I will miss him. Jim
