David Alan Walters, 61, of Oil City, PA., passed away August 23, 2025 at his residence with his family by his side.

Born August 16, 1964 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of the late Shirley Beichner.

Dave graduated from Oil City High School in 1983

He married the former Shelly Horn on February 11, 1995, and celebrated their 30th anniversary this year.

Dave enjoyed doing woodworking, working on cars, and Volkswagens.

He enjoyed doing practical jokes and surprising others.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons.

Two grandchildren

Oakleigh Shaw and Warren Walters

And his four legged son Atlas.

Dave is also survived by his sister

Georgetta Graham and her husband John of Gainesville, FL.

A brother

George Walters and his wife Alice of Oil City

And by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother Michael Walters in 2019.

Friends will be received from 11:00A.M.-12:30 P.M. Saturday in the Reinsel Funeral Home, a time of sharing will begin at 12:30 P.M.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
