David Daniel Wilson, born on February 12, 1963, in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, passed away on August 13, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. A cherished son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, his life was marked by his passions and the love he held for his family.
David was a loyal fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, passionately supporting his team through every season. His enthusiasm for music was another defining characteristic; he was an exceptionally talented drummer and had a particular fondness for music, especially for the music of his favorite band: Rush. These interests were not mere pastimes but significant aspects of his identity that brought him great joy throughout his life.
He is survived by his loving family, including his son Daniel (Becky) Wilson and his daughter Anna Dewhurst. David also leaves behind his granddaughter Charli Wilson. Alongside them are his sisters, Chris (Rayanne) Wilson and Terri Boesing, as well as his nephews, Max and Alex Boesing.
Preceding him in death were his parents, C. Daniel and Dorothea "Dottie" Wilson, who played pivotal roles in shaping the caring and passionate individual he became.
David will be remembered for his vibrant spirit, creativity, and the profound impact he made on those who knew and loved him. His legacy will continue to resonate through the lives he touched and the memories shared by his family and friends.
