Davion Jyrese Parker, 18, passed away on Thursday February 16, 2023. He was born on February 27, 2004 in Saint Louis, Missouri the son of David Parker and Rosetta Cunningham.
He was a graduate of Peoria High School Class of 2022. Davion enjoyed football and basketball. He loved to play jokes and be a prankster. Davion will be remembered for his good heart and how he loved his friends and family.
Davion is survived by his father David Parker of Peoria; mother Rosetta Cunningham of Peoria; one son Jyrese; girlfriend Nakasha Burgess; nine siblings Alexandra Parker of Peoria, Roziah Parker of Peoria, Julia Parker of Michigan, Zachary Parker of Peoria, David Ray Parker of Peoria, Damon Burns of Peoria, BreAnna Parker of Texas, Bethany Noar of West Virginia, Natalie Milor of Peoria and loved by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Nellie (Cosey) Parker; grandfather James Parker and grandmother Mary Cunningham.
A visitation will be held on Monday February 27, 2023 from 11am to 12pm at Cumerford-Clary Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 12pm. Bishop Leroy Smith Jr. will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Parkview Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions in honor of Davion may be directed to the family in care of Rosetta Cunningham. Online tributes and condolences can be made at www.cumerfordclary.com.
