Dean Frank Anderson

Dean F. Anderson, age 61, of Hanover, MN, formerly a 35 year resident of Maple Grove, MN and grew up a proud North Sider, passed away unexpectedly on January 2, 2023.
Dean was so proud of his family and the experiences they shared. He spent 30+ years as a carpenter and Superintendent mainstay at North Memorial Hospital and was truly apart of the North "Family". He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing and would make any excuse to get out in the woods or out for a pontoon booze cruise around the lake. He was a strong, reliable and loyal man who would drop anything to help others. Many will miss the endearing quality he brought to every room and relationships he built with others.
Dean is survived by wife of 35 years and love of his life, Brenda; favorite son, Derek (Michelle); and proud grandfather of Cameron, Bria and Abigail; five siblings, Roy Anderson, Karen (Rudy) Rathert, Linda Anderson, Kenny Anderson, and Daryl (Roxanne) Anderson; along with many loved nieces, nephews, and countless great friends.
Preceded in death by parents, Roy and Nora Anderson; nieces, Tiffany Guerra-Jacques and Jennifer Hughes.
Services to honor this wonderful man will be a visitation held on Monday, January 9th from 4-7 PM at Washburn McReavy Glen Haven Chapel in Crystal, MN with a Funeral Mass on Tuesday, January 10th at 11 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Rogers, MN, with visitation one hour prior. Burial to follow at Gethsemane Cemetery in New Hope, MN.
