Erma Rudine (Dean) Richeson Justus was born on August 8,1931in Eldorado Oklahoma to Herbert and Verde Richeson. She earned her wings and went home to the love of her life of 72 years Delbert Justus on February 3,2026.

She was preceded in death by her husband Delbert Justus, her parents Herbert and Verde Richeson, Step-Mom Mary Richeson, brother Roy Richeson, step-sister Edna Jackson, grandson Jamie Clayton and numerous nieces and nephews.

Deb and Dean married on December 22,1946 and made Midlothian their life long home in 1965. Dean was one of the most loving people you could ever meet. A woman of strong Faith and loved her Church family. She centered her life around her husband, her family and friends. She made the hardest job in the World a homemaker looked easy! She loved life and she loved Shopping! We always did things as a family. Growing up we went roller skating at least once a week on family night in Irving. Dean wouldn't think twice about jumping on the back of Deb's Honda Goldwing and riding sometimes clear to Bridgeport!

When she started getting grandkids the name she was called the most was "Granny" She's helped raise all her grandkids and collected a few extra kids along the way, Molly, Gerald, Natasha and Josh Ayers, Toni Cook, Brother Rick Davis, Chad Jones and Robert Harris.

Dean enjoyed her life to the fullest right down to her 94th Birthday. We went to El Fenix so she could have her a bowl of tortilla soup and wash it down with a Margarita! She loved her Margaritas!

She will be missed but she's leaving a legacy of love and faith!

She's survived by her children Toni Hayes, Debbie Justus, Tammie Justus, Gerad Justus and Kristi. Grandchildren Toby Hayes and Kim, Tabitha Hill and Charlie, Gene Greeson and Gina, Ayanna Johonnesson and Dayton, Summer Thompson, Stormie Harrelson, Taylor Bilby, Tyler Solomon, Tanner Redding, Shelby Walser and John.
