Lawrence Funeral Home - MoultonDebbie Darlene Dykes, 59, of Danville, was carried in the arms of Jesus into Glory on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at her home. A celebration of life service will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Cornerstone Church with Lawrence Funeral Home assisting the family.
Born on September 17, 1966 to Albert and Janet Barton Clark, Debbie graduated from Speake High School and was involved with many church activities. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family while porch sitting.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 38 years, Timothy Dykes; children, Danielle (Tyler) Graham, and Hunter (Olivia) Dykes; granddaughters, Nora Dykes, and Emma Dykes; parents; brothers, David (Kelly) Clark, and Jason (Ann) Clark; and nieces, India Clark, Ireland Clark, and Ella Ann Clark.
Debbie was preceded in death by her grandparents and her parents-in-law.
Pallbearers will be Big Boy Clark, David Clark, Jason Clark, Hunter Dykes, Tyler Graham, and Tim Dykes.
The family extends special thanks to Dr. Lynn Buckner of Decatur and his nurse, Jennifer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Operation Heal Our Patriots; Billy Graham Ministries; Samaritan's Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone NC 28607;or to St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
