Rhonda Karen Lovett, 70, of Town Creek, Alabama passed away Thursday, October 9, 2025, at her residence. The graveside service will be at 1:30 PM on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Harmony Methodist Church Cemetery with Mathias Letson officiating and Lawrence Funeral Home directing. Burial will be at Harmony Methodist Church Cemetery.

Born on October 9, 1955, to George and Vernie Letson Burks, Rhonda was a member of Mountain Home Baptist Church. She was also a 1974 graduate of Lawrence County High School.

Survivors include her children, Angelia (Chad) Sims, Nicky Lovett, and Heath Lovett; grandchildren, Raycen Sims, Hunter Lovett, and Dallas Lovett; great-grandchild, Autumn Lovett; sister, Melba Way; nieces, Ann Johnson and Gina Wilson; and extended family.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her husband, Lennis Wayne Lovett; parents, George and Vernie Burks; sisters, Betty Clark and Martha Johnson; and brother, J.D. Burks.

Pallbearers will be Chad Sims, Raycen Sims, Dallas Lovett, Johnny Tidwell, Timmy Johnson, and Gage Letson.

The family extends special thanks to Dr. Aized and Dr. Gillispe, and her neighbors for their care and support, Mary Arrington, Bobby Nichols, Diane and Theo Gibson, and Annie Cross.
