Debbie I. Steinebach, 66, passed away February 11, 2025.
She was born on September 14, 1958 to LeRoy and Shirley Steinebach. Debbie was the oldest of five children. She leaves behind brother Jay and girlfriend Nadine, sister Vicki Meyer, sister in law Cindy Steinebach, great niece Paige (which she always called her baby), nephew Josh (Sarah) Meyer, Mathew Meyer, T.J (Mikayla) Steinebach, Abraham (Megan) Steinebach, Lacy Steinebach, Mitchel (Victoria) Jensen, niece Nikki Steinebach, Elizabeth (Josh) Long and many great nephews and nieces.
She attended Cappers until she aged out. She was going to Loving Hearts Day Center, where she made many friends. She liked her stuffed animals, especially Mickey Mouse and Snoopy. She loved to draw, go for walks, and going places with her friends from the day center.
She is preceded in death by her parents LeRoy and Shirley, as well as brothers Wayne and Todd Steinebach.
Graveside Services are at 10:00am Monday, February 17, 2025 at Rochester Cemetery.
