In her spare time Debbie and Bertha (her mom) became world travelers. When not found traveling you could find her nose deep in a book or taking care of the birds in her yard. She would refer to the birds as her bird friends and had to make sure they had a clean bath and numerous bird feeders were full for them to enjoy every day. While Debbie enjoyed these simple pleasures there is nothing more that she loved than sending time with her children and grandson.
