Passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 63. Debora was born in Lansing, Michigan on August 20, 1962, the daughter of Max and Donna (Dack) Townsend. She enjoyed the simpler things in life and brought a smile to everyone's face that she was around. Debora liked to knit and was a collector of just about anything you could think of. Animals held a special place in her heart, especially her beloved cat, Izzy.
Debora is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Ben Stephens) Rounds of Charlotte; siblings, Shery Amsdill, Diane Slusser, Max Townsend; nieces and nephews, Alyson (Michael) Fitzpatrick, David Slusser, Sally (Jesse) Brown, Rikki Amsdill, Lilian Brown, Buster Brown, Ryne (Kaylee) Reeser, Nicholas Reeser, Brooke (Quincy) Wallace, Gabriel Beam, Alex Beam, and Cody Garland. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Springport Bible Church November 8th at 1pm. Arrangements were entrusted to the Mills Funeral Home, Shelly-Odell Chapel in Eaton Rapids. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Debora to the Donor's Choice of Charity. To leave condolences for the family, visit our website www.millsfuneral.com.
