I am so very saddened by this loss. I met Merle in the 70's and we remained friends all these years. He stopped in and seen me on his way up north, met my Granddaughter Elicia for lunch and was there when I lost my husband. I worked with him at Commond Ground . We both had a best friend named Linda Hilley whom we both stilled missed. My sincere condolences to his family whom I know he ccherished. REST IN HEAVEN now Merle but I will always have a place for you in my heart.
