Survived by her companion, Rick Cantrell, one daughter, Heaven Eldred and her husband Chad Manns of Thelma, Kentucky, two sisters, Glenda Allen of Salyersville, Kentucky, Tammy Human of Indiana, three grandchildren, Hunter O'Neal Howard, Marley Jace Manns, and Zeppelin Stone Manns.
In addition to her parents, Deborah is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Cantrell, two brothers, Jan Allen and Glenn Allen.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 10, 2024 from the State Road Fork United Baptist Church with Marty Gamble officiating. Burial will follow in the Cantrell Cemetery at Burton Fork, Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Monday, September 09, 2024 after 5:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
